Kitchen dismantling in Irqah
Your kitchen cabinets come apart, get wrapped and moved, then go back up in your new kitchen.
What sets Irqah apart
In Irqah, if you are moving from a flat or villa and want to relocate your kitchen, we dismantle the cabinets and shelves, wrap them in stretch film and cardboard corner guards, then install them in your new kitchen. Send us photos of your kitchen on WhatsApp or call us.
Irqah is an established district in central Riyadh with apartment blocks and older villas, and many kitchens there mix traditional units with modern ones. Dismantling these kitchens calls for carefully separating units from walls and floors, especially if they are glued or deeply embedded. Each piece is wrapped in stretch film to protect its surface and edges during the move, then reassembled the same way in your new place.

Old and modern kitchens in Irqah differ in how they are fitted, and dismantling and installation requires care in each case.

How do I measure the new kitchen before the old cabinets come down?
Measure the available wall widths and heights and mark where windows, columns and openings fall before any cabinet is removed. Two kitchens rarely match exactly. Send photos of the new kitchen with its measurements on WhatsApp and we will tell you which cabinets fit the available walls and which may need a different position.
How do I prepare my kitchen before the team arrives?
Empty every cabinet, clear the worktop, and make sure the walls behind the upper units can be reached. Large appliances are not part of this service; if you need them moved too, mention it on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is possible.
How are stone worktops protected during the move?
Stone slabs are wrapped in stretch film with cardboard corner guards on every edge before they are lifted. Where possible they are carried upright, because laying a stone slab flat puts pressure on its centre. Tell us your worktop dimensions when you get in touch.
What do I do with handles and screws so they are not lost?
Put the handles and screws from each door into a small sealed bag and tape it to that door, or write the cabinet name on the bag. Photograph each cabinet open from the front before it comes apart; that photo is your guide when the doors go back on in the new kitchen.
Does the service cover water, gas and electrical connections?
The service covers taking the cabinets, doors and worktops apart and refitting them. Water, gas and electrical connections are confirmed with us by WhatsApp or phone once you describe your kitchen, before any work begins.
How do I know which cabinets need to come apart and which can travel whole?
Any cabinet that will not pass through the door or the corridor needs to come apart, as do units fixed to the wall with more than one row of fixings. Send a photo of the cabinet alongside the door and corridor width on WhatsApp and we will tell you what comes apart and what travels whole.
My kitchen in Irqah is old and fitted tightly, can you dismantle it without damage?
We carefully separate each unit from the walls and floor, then wrap all parts in stretch film and cardboard corner guards to ensure they are fully protected. After moving, we reassemble them in your new place.
Do you move the kitchen right after dismantling it?
Yes, after we dismantle and wrap the units, we transport them by dyna truck and pickup to your new place where we reassemble them. Call us to book the service.
