Questions about inter-city moving
Do you move furniture on the top city-to-city routes?
Yes, moving between cities is part of what we offer. Send us your current address and the destination city on WhatsApp and we will give you the details.
How do I prepare my furniture for out-of-city moving?
Empty the drawers and cabinets of small personal items and put them in separate bags. Photograph the large pieces before they are taken apart. Have the full delivery address ready with the floor number, and name someone to receive the furniture at the other end.
What information do I give when I book an inter-city move?
Tell us the city you are moving from and the city you are moving to, the floor at both addresses, and whether there is a lift. Then describe the furniture or send photos on WhatsApp. That lets us choose the right vehicle and plan the delivery.
What happens if nobody is at the other end to receive the furniture?
Someone needs to be at the destination address when the truck arrives. That is a key part of planning. If your situation makes that difficult, raise it with us on WhatsApp when you book and we will work out what to do.
Does the wrapping differ for an inter-city move compared with a move inside the city?
The materials are the same: stretch film and cardboard corner guards. A long trip, though, adds vibration and more bumps and bends, so close wrapping matters more. Tell us the route and what you have on WhatsApp and we will explain what suits your pieces.
Is furniture taken apart before an inter-city move?
Pieces that are hard to move whole, like bed frames and large wardrobes, are taken apart before loading, so they are smaller and easier to protect. Sofas and small tables that hold up whole are wrapped and loaded without dismantling. Send photos and we will say what needs taking apart.
Can I move just one piece between cities, or must it be a whole house?
A limited number of pieces can be moved between cities; the furniture does not have to be a whole house. It depends on what you have: send photos on WhatsApp, tell us the city you are moving to, and we will give you the details.
My furniture from Al Masani does not fit through the doors, how will you move it?
We carefully dismantle large furniture that does not fit through doors before moving, then transport it wrapped in stretch film and cardboard corner guards, and reassemble it when it reaches your new home.
I want to move my entire home from Al Masani to Riyadh Greens, do you offer this service?
Yes, moving an entire home from one area to another is one of our services. Every piece is wrapped in stretch film and cardboard corner guards and loaded onto the dyna truck and pickup. Call us or send photos via WhatsApp.
