Questions about moving company
What does local in-city moving in the city cover?
Local in-city moving means a move between two addresses inside the city. We work in every district of the city. When you get in touch, tell us the district you are leaving and the one you are moving to, and we will take it from there.
How are moving prices worked out, and is cheap moving possible?
Moving prices depend on how much furniture you have, the number of rooms and the size of the pieces. There is no fixed figure. Send us a description or photos on WhatsApp, and we give you a quote based on what you actually have.
What should I prepare at home before moving day?
Empty the drawers and cupboards and pack the contents into boxes or sealed bags. Take down mirrors and shelves that can be removed. Photograph anything complex before it is taken apart, so you have a guide when it is rebuilt in the new place.
How is bedroom moving handled?
Bedroom moving starts with taking apart the bed, wardrobe and dressing table where they are made to come apart. Mirrors and glass come off first and travel upright. Every piece is wrapped before it is carried, and it is rebuilt in the new room where you decide it goes.
Do you offer moving 24 hours a day?
We work every day from 9 AM to 5 PM. If you want to book a time or find the earliest slot available, send us a WhatsApp message or call us and we will let you know what is possible.
How do you handle a bulky piece that cannot pass through a narrow stairwell?
A piece that will not pass through a door or stairwell can catch you off guard on moving day. Measure the stairwell and every tight passage in both homes before the appointment, and tell us about oversized pieces when you get in touch. If a dismantled piece still cannot pass, we will talk through the right option with you before the move.
What should I include in my first WhatsApp message to get an accurate quote?
Name the rooms and the main large pieces, such as beds, wardrobes and sofas. Tell us which floor you are moving from and to, and the date you have in mind. The clearer the picture you give us, the more accurate the quote we can offer.
I am moving from Ash Shalawiyah with furniture of different sizes, how will you transport it?
We use dyna trucks and pickups depending on how much furniture you have. Every piece, whether small or large, is wrapped in stretch film and cardboard corners to protect its surface and edges. Call us and tell us what you have.
Do you assemble furniture after moving it from a remote area like Ash Shalawiyah?
Yes, our moving service includes dismantling and assembly. If we dismantled pieces of your furniture in Ash Shalawiyah, we reassemble them completely in your new home.
